How do I return my product for a refund ?

ESHO. accepts returns on orders within our 14 day money back guarantee even if the product has been opened or used from the date of dispatch.

To make your return you will need to contact our customer service team on customerservices@esho.co.uk to raise a returns request and post to our address below;

Make sure you buy direct from us. We cannot refund purchases from other vendors.

Make sure you have the receipt/confirmation email. We will need it in order to issue a refund.

We cannot refund on discontinued items.

You must return within 14 days from the dispatch date. If you have received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased.

All refunds are less postage and packaging.

Refunds can be processed against personal use only. A refund will only be processed once, per product, per household, and once per order. e.g. If you order ESHO sculpt lip products you may return only one lip serum, once, for a full refund under our 14 day money back guarantee.

Here at ESHO, we stand by our products unconditionally and provide the following guarantee. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with any of our products, simply return them within 14 days from the date of dispatch. We’d be happy to assist you with a refund (less postage and package). PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee does not apply to products purchased from other vendors.
