How do I return my product for a refund ?
To make your return you will need to contact our customer service team on customerservices@esho.co.uk to raise a returns request and post to our address below;

Make sure you buy direct from us. We cannot refund purchases from other vendors.
Make sure you have the receipt/confirmation email. We will need it in order to issue a refund.
We cannot refund on discontinued items.
You must return within 14 days from the delivery date, and a refund will only be applicable if the product(s) is deemed faulty. If you have received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift in addition to the products purchased.
All refunds are less postage and packaging.
Refunds can be processed against personal use only. A refund will only be processed once, per product, per household, and once per order. e.g. If you order ESHO sculpt lip products you may return only one lip serum, once, for a full refund under our 14 day money back guarantee.
What is the ESHO. money back guarantee ?
Here at ESHO, we stand by our products unconditionally and provide the following guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied due to any fault with of our products, simply return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. We’d be happy to assist you with a refund (less postage and package). PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee does not apply to products purchased from other vendors, and is only applicable if the product(s) is deemed faulty after inspection by our team.

Please place a note in with the parcel or place your order number on the package so when we receive it we can contact you and send you the tracking details for the exchanged product or sending you a confirmation for your refund, also if you have any concerns or queries please email customerservices@esho.co.uk .
