Where does ESHO. ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom but we will be offering international shipping very soon!

 

How much is shipping? How much to qualify for free shipping?

Shipping will be charged at a rate of £1.95 for any order up to the value of £25. For all orders £25 and above we will provide standard shipping free of charge!

We also offer an expedited delivery option which is £3.50 for orders up to the value of £50. Orders above £50 will qualify for free expedited delivery!

 

What is the estimate for delivery?

Standard delivery is 2-4 days and expedited delivery is 1-2 days. Please note these guidelines are estimates and are not guaranteed however we work very hard to get our products to you as quickly as possible!

 

How long does an order take to process?

We try to get to orders as quickly as we receive them and in most cases fulfill orders within 2-4 business days. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.

 

What shipping courier do you use? Where do you ship from?

The shipping couriers vary by region and are subject to change from time to time. If you have any questions, please connect with our Customer Services team via our contact page who will be happy to help!

 

Do my billing and shipping addresses need to be the same?

Your billing address and shipping address do not need to match. However, for security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in the same country.

 

Are there any taxes, brokerage, or customs fees?

Currently as we only ship to the UK we are not subject to any taxes/brokerage or customs fees! :)

Once we are delivering internationally you may be charged additional handling, import, or tax fees as your order passes through customs. Please note, any additional charges on shipments are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend reviewing these with your local customs departments prior to ordering. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any fees incurred after an order has been fulfilled from our warehouse. Should you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

 

Has Brexit delayed UK or EU shipments?

Brexit negotiations may cause delays in the delivery of parcels sent to the EU from our UK warehouse. We are working with our partners to reduce these as quickly as possible.
